On Monday 20th July, Stroud Green & Harringay Library will be reopening for ‘click and collect’ and ‘grab and go’ book collection only. The library’s opening hours will be Monday to Saturday, 10.30am – 2.30pm.
• Click and collect – Collect books that have been pre-ordered online or by phone
• Grab & Go – Choose from a selection of books to take away. No browsing permitted
• Drop Boxes – Return books to a designated ‘drop box’ inside the library.
From Monday, it will also be possible to use the computers at Muswell Hill, St Ann’s and Wood Green Libraries. The number of computers available in each library will be limited and customers will be able to use them for up to one hour. All three libraries are also offering ‘click and collect’, ‘grab and go’ and ‘drop box’ services.

Have tried official library site to no avail - can one return library books borrowed from a different library to any library drop box? Thank you!
Er, probably...
Before lockdown you (and I) certainly could, pointing out they'd been borrowed from another branch to which they would then be transported.
I don't know if the transport is running under the new Library-lite regime, but if you label those books as from [A N Other] branch before you put them in the drop box, I'd hope they'll get there eventually.
And at the moment there are no fines being levied, so you don't have to act straight away. And you can renew books on loan online, if you wish.
You can also try the contact number for the Library system - 020 8489 4560 (but I don't know the current operating hours).
Hope this helps a bit.
