Anyone know what Moka is turning into?

Flats.

"Change of Use of vacant former café (Use Class A3) to a 2-bedroom flat (Use Class C3) with rear garden."

There's another granted application to alter the existing maisonette -

"Erection of a rear 2nd floor extension and the conversion of the existing 3-bedroom maisonette into one 2-bedroom flat at first floor level and one 1-bedroom flat at second floor level."

Much the same as the former shop next to Moka. At the other side, there's no progress on the tapas place La Vina which closed two or three years ago with the intention, refused, to go down the residential route.
