But the number is noo good so where is this company based?? i AM getting quite stressed out with this Ebike which is not good for my MS condition.
Two LimeE Bikes have 'popped-up' near me in Hermitage road and are now a causing an obstruction for me in my daily wheelchair get out ability. The pavement is too narrow for us BOTH. The website seems only for those with a smart phone and is taking much time to raise a complaint and to get it MOVED to a better place. Oh woe, oh woe - one mans joy is anothers grief - mine! They should be called Marmite Bikes - love or loathe them

Have you tried this number Geraldine?
These bikes are a blooming nuisance - I've seen them abandoned on the grass in the middle of Finsbury Park and Hampstead Heath, and left blocking pavements all over the place. They should be able to leave them only in designated spots like the other rental bikes.
hi Maddy, thanks and yes indeed i have already tried 1-888-546-3345 on their website below but it does not work. I ALSO tried 01888 546 3345 -

That number "1-888-546-3345" looks like a number in the USA given the format, no wonder it doesn't work for you. Their HQ is in the USA but they have worldwide operations. Wikipedia is your friend...
The 'Report Illegal Parking" page for Lime in the UK is here https://help.li.me/hc/en-gb/articles/115004916388-Reporting-illegal... but it links to a form which looks like an all-purpose world-wide 'Submit a request' form. Which you may well already have used. Or use their app they say [!!]. I can't find a UK phone number, sorry.
Thanks guys, yes I have filled in their form so fingers crossed that as quickly as they came the will go away quicker and Osbawn being in a wheelchair makes it harder to reach things so if 'my' bike gets a puncture it isn't me although i am sorely tempted haha This is what i put on their form
The limeE bike is parked close to my house and causes an OBSTRUCTION when i use my wheelchair to go out. the pavement is NOT wide enough for both vehicles. please move it away from corner Vale Road and Hermitage Road London N4 1DE ASAP. The ref no is 482-234. There is also a second bike opposite - number unknown but on Finsbury Park road which also causes difficulty for my friend who uses a walker frame to assist his walking. This is a pedestrian area with narrow and uneven pavements and the LimeE bikes are not at all suitable around here. Please treat my request urgently as I am disabled with Multiple Sclerosis – thankyou Mrs G Bethune .
You could ask someone to move it out of your way, perhaps?
Advocating criminal damage isn't very cool, and, of course if it's out of commission it's not going to be used by anyone and remain in situ causing an obstruction for longer.
good news - sort off - i had a response from my request above.
Thank you for reaching out to Lime customer support and reporting this issue. We also do apologize for you having this experience. We have dispatched our local operations team to retrieve this vehicle. If you see anything else out there, please let us know!
the bike was not retrieved but is being kept on Vale road only and is not in my way. So happy cycling y'all.
