Leather coat alterations - an recommendations?

A friend has a rather magnificent leather coat but the shoulders are for a much broader person. Does anyone know of a local place that could take on a complex bit of alteration?

My partner has always used the guys inside Magic Wand Dry Cleaners. It might be too much for them, but they done jeans, tops and jacket repairs and alterations for her so far... hope it helps!
