Cooking classes?

Hi all

Anyone know of any cooking classes being run in North London? Would really like to improve my skills but anything I find seems to be in Central London? Any ideas?

Possibly too corporate/too far away, but Waitrose have a cookery school as part of their new King's Cross branch, part of the big Granary Square development to the north of the mainline station. Details here.
