Visitor Parking Permits

Hi,

I need some permits for early next week, and I know when I apply online they don't arrive for 5-6 days. Does the council have an over-the-counter facility? I don't believe so, looking at their website and previous posts on HOL, but I thought I'd ask...

Tom. I may be wrong ( I usually am ) but I thought it was possible to buy in person at the Marcus Garvey library. Tottenham.

Also at Wood Green Library (be prepared for long queues and have all the documentation you need**).  NOT open Saturdays.
