This, the largest master bedroom in the house, is situated on the first floor.  The room is decorated to an extremely high spec.  It has a built in wardrobe with drawers, a large bay window and a beautiful large working restored original fireplace with slate hearth.  The room is fully double glazed and centrally heated (as is the whole house) and has dimmer switches on the light.  The whole house has a strong wifi signal (included in price), including in this bedroom.  There is digital TV freeview box and large TV in the room for your own personal use.  The room is beautifully decorated with dark blue velvet carpet and lined silk curtains.  The bed is a king size double bed with an extremely comfortable firm hand made mattress from Alpha Beds in Tottenham Court Road.  The room is large enough to serve as a bed sitting room, and has a comfortable leather armchair for relaxing in front of the television.

We have just had a brand new boiler installed in January 2014, so heating and hot water is efficient and fully reliable!

The house itself is a two storey, 4 bedroom house, with a lovely south facing garden with decking, a water feature stream and very attractive planting.  The kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine with integral tumble dryer, fridge, freezer and microwave oven, as well as an eye level oven and gas hobs. The kitchen is open plan with the dining room which has a very large dining table with 6 chairs.  The bathroom (recently refurbished) which is on the same level as the bedroom has a large ceramic bath with built in shower which has plenty of force for a good shower.  There is also a heated towel rail.

The room is intended to be rented out to an independent type lodger who wants his own space, and requires a large superior room large enough for bed and his own relaxation space with TV and Wifi connection.

We have four beautiful British Shorthair cats who are very friendly and love people, so you must like cats!

Turnpike Lane Underground (on Piccadilly Line) is 7 minutes' walk away, as is Harringay Green Lanes Overground and Harringay Station (which is a direct line into Moorgate, only 15 mins). Buses: 29 stops about 25 yards away, which goes through Camden Town and ends up in Trafalgar Square, and 141 from same bus stop goes through to Moorgate Finsbury Square and through to London Bridge.

There is a Tesco Express 50 yards away open until 11pm.  There are numerous cheap Turkish restaurants and grocery shops (24 hour).  Wood Green shopping Centre is only 5 minutes away by bus.
