Maybe do it at a quieter exit ?

I just thought it was interesting that in the first frame, the two women about to go up the escalator, appeared to change their mind. Perhaps because the stairs were so attractive. We are bombarded with messages about what we should do but maybe we are going about it all wrong.
Finding ways to make the "good option" more fun might just work better

I'm pretty sure Tom there's an on/off switch.
They are unlikely to have the sound on during a fire drill or other.
