FilmExposed Film Club at the Salisbury: Gomorrah, dir. Matteo Garrone

Based on the book by Roberto Saviano and directed by Matteo Garrone, Gomorrah is a bleak look at the Camorra, a Naples based criminal organisation. The five stories told are fictitious, but the violence and fear that engulfs them are sadly real. Especially when you know that Saviano infiltrated the Camorra to research his book, and now lives under 24 hour armed guard following threats to his life.
