Judith, you asked about WRN4RA under the '£100K for Wightman Road' discussion. No, you haven't necessarily had a sheltered existence, but in recent months I'm afraid our Residents' Association has had just that - or a very low profile! I see WightmanPaul, our Chairman, is already among your connections. We are definitely looking for 'new blood' and though our patch is WRN4 (Alroy Rd to Warham junction) we would be open to N8 members. There hasn't been an N8 group to affiliate with, though Maria Longo from Station Mansions does her best to represent that northern end of the road, e.g. at LCSP meetings and Area Assemblies. Maybe you should talk to Paul (=WightmanPaul), as it would only be sensible to treat Wightman as one road, especially in any future Area Assembly discussions about traffic, safety schemes expenditure etc. It's just that three years ago this N4 stretch seemed as much as we could hope to represent - whether as a Residents' Assn. or a Neighbourhood Watch.

While occasionally masquerading as OAE, I also answer to 'Eddie Finnegan' - RA member and NW person.
Yes, you can have both stools and although I won't be home from work until after 8pm, the rest of the family will here at all times. I'll 'HoLmail' you the address, etc.
