Sorry this was a false alarm David, at least as far as the Haringey Parking Service is concerned. Of course the truck does belong to someone and Parking Enforcement should be able to identify the owner, since they have access to the DVLA records.
would you be so kind as to comment on the banner, I have written an open mleter to the councillors whoi repressent Harringay. seing as you have the time to commet about the abandond dog it woud be great to read your thoughs on the banner and perhaps respond to my inital qeustions
