Extra vehicles to be generated by thousands of new homes

Haringey Council today announced a £45 million scheme to help the traffic flow aorund Tottenham Hale in readiness for the thousands of extra vehicles expected as a result of the area's regneration.

Seems like plans are also afoot to save Wood Green from suffering from this extra traffic.

We already know that Harringay is on the north-south and east-west through route to that neck of the woods. So what's planned to mitigate our traffic - apart from also chanelling Wood Green's traffic our way?
