1. Has the Commission conducted any research on the social or other
effects of Fixed Odds Betting Terminals?

2. If conducted, when was this research conducted, produced or
published and what is the name of the related document?

3. Please supply a copy of any research in this field that the
Commission has conducted. A response could take the form of a PDF
file, thank you.
