We're a friendly, adult-only gaming club based in North London. Founded in 2010, H.A.T.E. is all about good-natured fun and creative play across all forms of tabletop gaming—wargames, board games, RPGs, and more...
We are proudly inclusive and LGBTQ+ friendly, community-run and not-for-profit. Everything we do is about making games more fun for everyone involved.
We have dedicated sets of terrain available for Warhammer 40000, Age of Sigmar, Infinity, Necromunda, and Kill Team, as well more generic sets suitable for most other game systems.
We run every Wednesday evening 5:30pm-10:30pm, every other Sunday evening 4:30pm-9:30pm, and host regular all-day events.

At just 21, guitarist-composer Sheon Toms leads an impressive rhythm section—Joe Steyn (drums) and Zaki Osahn (bass)—to present original compositions inspired by George Benson, Branford Marsalis, and Lage Lund. This is fresh, future-forward jazz  .

An evening of laugh-out-loud poetry, witty musings, and heartfelt truth. Featuring Edward Tripp’s uniquely absurd humor, Laurie Bolger’s vivid verse, and Alan White’s detailed poetry, all hosted by the charismatic Paul Lyalls. Dining from 6:30 pm makes this a full sensory experience—book early!  

Saturday, 27 September | London Vegan Mixer ~ social & karaoke

🍸 Mixing cocktails, tunes... and vegans! 🌱

🪩 London Vegan Mixer is a fabulously fun night at Karamel, where we'll take over the entire venue to socialise and enjoy food, drinks, and great performances.

🧑‍🎤 Starting around 9 PM, KaraoChris will host karaoke for the rest of the event: sign up to sing your heart out!

🤗 All are welcome, and we strive to make the event a safe and inclusive space for everyone: no discriminatory or abusive behaviour of any kind will be tolerated. Please let the hosts know if you or others feel uncomfortable because of an attendee.
