Any interest in fermentation workshops for businesses as team bonding sessions?

Hello all. I currently teach a lot of fermentation workshops (making sauerkraut and kimchi etc.) both privately and at various cookery schools. Interest in gut health is high at the moment and I love sharing how to make these things that are good-for-you and delicious.

I'm just wondering what people felt about the idea of offering these workshops as a corporate team bonding exercise? Would anyone be interested? It's hands-on food preparation but there's no heat involved so a kitchen isn't necessary and the workshop could be run in an office or meeting room. This is a new market to me so would appreciate any advice. Does anyone work for small-medium companies and is responsible for booking team building activites? If so, what are you looking for?

(Just taking the temperature of this idea rather than advertising but let me now if I've overstepped any rules...)
