Hello all. I currently teach a lot of fermentation workshops (making sauerkraut and kimchi etc.) both privately and at various cookery schools. Interest in gut health is high at the moment and I love sharing how to make these things that are good-for-you and delicious.
I'm just wondering what people felt about the idea of offering these workshops as a corporate team bonding exercise? Would anyone be interested? It's hands-on food preparation but there's no heat involved so a kitchen isn't necessary and the workshop could be run in an office or meeting room. This is a new market to me so would appreciate any advice. Does anyone work for small-medium companies and is responsible for booking team building activites? If so, what are you looking for?
