Are you offering a room in a flatshare or a share of a room? It isn't clear from your ad and I'm just asking because I know someone who would be interested in a room to himself, but wouldn't want to share one room with someone else.

I am offering a room on its own in a flatshare. The person will have the sole use of the double bedroom. Sorry it was not clear.
