And another thing!

There is a very big and loud dog in this street who barks day and night , and is kept either in the garden or the conservatory - I was woken at 3 and again at 5 by it's noise, and I'm several doors away. I really feel for the near neighbours.
Does anyone have any suggestions (they're not the sort of people you can have a quiet word with, by the way...)?
