#Finsbury Park, Thursday at 10 am, meet at the cafe by the lake. The first session is free, bring your trainers and some water.

is this still happening, Im just trying out a bit of running whilst the swimming pool I use is shut. But its my 1st attempt so Im doing more walking, but interested in joining others to make it a bit more social
