Hi.

Does anyone know any current offers for local dry cleaners?

They used to have "2 suits for £12" sort of offers every now and them. Haven't seen any recently..

Won't be surprised if it's no longer on offer... They are bloody expensive! We used to live 15 min away before we bought here and I used to get a £1.80 per shirt deal. The Green Lanes cartel charged 10 for 5 shirts which is pretty outrageous if you have to do this on a regular basis. And one of them had the cheek to pass on a 50p card payment surcharge!

We're big fans of the personal service - where our names are literally remembered from one quarter's visit to the next, and is part of why we love living on Green Lanes - at Magic Wand, opposite the Salisbury.

Just had a look at their website (magicwanddrycleaners.co.uk) and it's showing:

2 suits, dry cleaned - £15.99

5 shirts, wash, dry and iron - £9.99

4 trousers, dry cleaned - £12.99
