are there German speakers who would like to buy a Turkish cookery book? I have 2 copies; published in 2006 with excellent pix, articles and menus/recipes, we produced it to raise money for children whose parents were killed in the last earthquake-some still need help contact sally.mustoe@btinternetcom

thank you Friedrich as I'm sure you know, Turkish cuisine is number 4 worldwide I did a lot of programmes about Turkey and the main reason I enjoy Turkish food is that everything is fresh including herbs and spices and very little oil is used Turkish Cookery was published a decade ago, price £25, very well-illustrated with articles and recipes from top Turkish and British chefs/food writers to raise money for children whose parents were killed in the last earthquake I have 2 copies in German and the price is £10 each we appreciate your help Sally
