Harringay online

Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

I am in the process of rebuilding a small brick wall to the side of our property. I have been looking to purchase some coping stones for the top of the wall however I can only seem to find basic ones - Concrete Apex style ones (used for most walls)

Does anyone know of a local supplier, website ect that have a range of coping stones ?

For example a victorian style coping or something more ornate than the basic ones homebase/B&Q sell?

Or has anyone done a similar project? How did you finish the wall (Its a double)

Hi Peter,
Assuming you've already added the word 'decorative' to you web search.
You could try looking at decorative clay roof ridge tiles. You should find a few variants.
You could also try architectural salvage.
Have a look at 'Stoneage' up in Enfeild - Crews hill

Thanks Andy! Will check out the roof ridge tiles now. As it happens Stoneage in Crews hill is one of my favourite places haha! full of reclaimed goodies but at the moment they do not have anything suitable.

Try Lee at Stone UK. Extremely high quality hand cut stone pier caps and coping stones.

thanks!
