Double Room to rent wanted please!

Hi all, 

We live on Lausanne Road and are having some work done on our house.

We are looking for a double bedroom in the local area- our dream would be on Lausanne road or close by so we can keep an eye on things. We are a friendly professional couple in our 30's who have been living in the area for 7 years. We'd be looking to rent for 5-6 months (our builder says 4 but realistically I think it will be a little longer!). 

We are on a tight budget as we will be paying for two homes at the same time, but on the positive side we are very clean, friendly and it might suit if you want to 'test out' what it would be like to rent out a room on a longer term basis. 

We need somewhere ideally from the 1st April.
