Double bedroom to rent please!

Hi all, 

We live on Lausanne Road and are having some work done on our house.

We are looking for a double bedroom in the local area- our dream would be on Lausanne road or very close so we can keep an eye on things. We are a friendly professional couple in our 30's who have been living in the area for 7 years. We'd be looking to rent for 5-6 months (our builder says 4 but realistically I think it will be a little longer!).
