We are renting out a large double bedroom in a house-share on Lausanne Road, available from 1st March.  The house is a large Victorian semi-detached house which was fully refurbished in 2009 including being extended with a large open plan kitchen with glass roof and concertina doors out to the back garden.

 

The house has a large  architect designed kitchen, 2 large interconnecting living rooms, a bathroom and shower room.   The current tenants are : 2 girls and 1 guy , who work together in the West End ,leaving one room available.  It is £600 pcm and available through a friendly landlady living locally .

Dear Katherine,

Your room looks beautiful. Is there any flexibility on price? 

I've lived in London for 20 years and am moving back to the Wiltshire where my family is but will still work in town and I am looking for a room 1-3 nights a week, ideally with the option of staying (and paying for) an extra night if there were ever the need.

I run a humanitarian charity in the East End

We live on Lausanne road and need to move out of our house on the 1st April as we are having work done to our house. We're a friendly professional couple who both work in creative industries. We're looking for a 6 month let - if that might suit you?
