Hi, Steph! I've got a nice cozy double room for you in our family house, available from this Sunday.

It's 1,5 minutes walk to Turnpike Lane station. I haven't put it yet on any websites, like Spareroom, etc...but got a few pictures, can send you if you want...but it definitely needs to be seen, so you are welcome any day, we are mostly at home.

Let me know please if you are interested, and we'll go from there.

Hi Steph!

My husband and I are looking to let our small but perfectly-formed double spare room in our garden flat home on the Harringay Ladder. It's 5 minutes walk from Harringay mainline station and about 12 minutes to Manor House tube. It is available from next weekend (21st).

The house is located between Tottenham Hale, Seven Sisters and Turnpike Lane tube stations.

There are currently two other tenants (mature professionals) living in the house and everyone shares the kitchen / dining room, sitting room & garden, plus bathroom and separate shower room.

Rent £595 inclusive of all bills and is available from mid Jan 2017.
