RE-LISTED AT A LOWER PRICE - 1 Grey Matthew Hilton for Case Metropolis Armchair, from John Lewis

I listed this chair a couple of weeks ago but haven't yet sold it and we need the space, so it's being re-listed at a lower price (we're open to offers). Please note that the chair will need to be collected by Friday evening, at the latest.
We bought this armchair / snuggler three years ago, from John Lewis, for £449 (I have the order email) and are selling it as we no longer need it. It's very comfortable and lovely to curl up on, as it's so roomy.
The chair is in good, used condition, however the seat cushion is missing the top part of a button (which I have) and there is another button, where the fabric is slightly coming away. I believe both of these would be easy to repair. There are also a couple of areas on the chair where there are minor pulls to the fabric (we have a cat) but this doesn't affect the overall aesthetic of the chair. Please see attached photos.

Width 100cm x Depth 85cm x Height x 77cm (61cm without the legs, which can be unscrewed for transportation)
Seat height (with cushion) 42cm

You're welcome to take a look at the chair. Marian has also messaged me to arrange to see it, so I'm just waiting to hear from her, when she can pop over. When would you be able to pop by? We're on Clarendon Road.
