Yoga Parinama :Hatha-Vinyasa 4 week course from 27th Nov Sundays on the Ladder

Hi all Harringay neighbours,

Just let you know that  from  27th of Nov  I'll be running  a 4 week intensive Hatha- Vinyasa course suitable for people with some experience wishing to deepen their practice or retake it after sometime. Sundays  10.15 am . Hatha - Vinyasa . £ 35 for the full course. 

General classes schedule:

Monday 7-8.15 pm  Prana Vinyasa Flow  (non-beginners, dynamic class)
Tuesday 7- 8.15  Hatha Yoga (all levels, slow paced class)
Wednesday  7.30-8.40 pm Vinyasa Flow (all levels, dynamic class)

Cost: First class is free, thereafter £11 drop- in / £80 for 10 classes voucher open for 6 months and for any of the above sessions.

Antenatal Yoga :  Sundays 11.45 am,  suitable for expectant mothers with over 14th weeks of pregnancy. No yoga experience is required. Classes from £8 (depending on the booking).

Location:  Classes  are held at the beautiful, spacious  and warm studios above the swimming pool at Mattison Road  N4 1BD. Mats and props are provided,
