BEWARE: do NOT respond to London Mint Office ads -they are totally disorganised because I'm always looking for tactile presents for my son who is blind and lives in Portland Oregon, I bought 1 coin from LMO but then received numerous ads, bills AND coins I didn't want them but paid for one and returned the others so thank goodness I used 'proof of postage' as I then got a letter and telephone call from CARS (creditlink account recovery solutions) demanding payment I don't like dunning letters for sums I do NOT OWE- please make sure you don't suffer a similar upset

According to the following forum The Royal Mint is in Llantrisant, South Wales. The London Mint is a private company who have commissioned coins. See; http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=2018327

thanks for the info, Matt as well as contacting CAB and the police, I've had a call from a former colleague at Victim Support who has a relative who also purchased one coin from London Mint then was bombarded with other coins, bills etc
