2 bedroom house. You'd be sharing the common areas with a 30 year old professional female and her two cats. (they do moult a bit, so you must be ok with some pethairs)
She is very sociable, but works long hours and so is out quite a lot. 
She also goes away quite regularly and so you'd have the house to yourself for a week or two every now and again. You need to be willing to feed the cats in her abcence.

Initial contract will be for 6 months, which can then be extended.

The room is furnished, but there;'s room for more if you have some of your own.
