Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

The Labour Council in Haringey have had it all their own way for 45 years. They have ruled without effective opposition for years. They silence opposition in their own ranks by withdrawing the whip. Labour Councillors have spoken out against cuts of public services that will affect the most vulnerable members of our community. But what has it achieved? Nothing. The Labour Council in Haringey is doing the government's work for them, without much of a fight for local people. We don't need more of that. We need a fresh voice!

All councils may be suffering similar cuts but it's up to them to prioritise the spending of what's left.
