he doesn't have one, but I am not going to let him go out again until he gets one. my neighbors cat has one. its a gps to locate them at all times.

I don't know I was calling for him like 3 hours a day/night. he was found only a few blocks away from my flat. so I guess he was wandering about N1.

For anyone who might be interested, Stokey Cats and Dogs are a local group who rescue cats (run by Elzbieta above) and they have lovely cats needing homes (such as Lemmy below left). They also rely on and welcome funds donated by the community through their fundraising here.
I always recommend giving a home to an adult rescue cat as there are so many needing homes, but if someone particularly wants a kitten, always go to a rescue as they get inundated with unwanted kittens - rescues just don't always have time to put kittens on their websites. The Mayhew Animal Home has launched It's Raining Cats and Kittens Campaign as there are so many homeless cats and kittens due to people not getting cats neutered by four months old.
