Food Safety Ratings for Harringay - how does your local score?

Hello Hugh,

Thanks for your MSWord document. I was intrigued that Sainsbury's gets five stars, but its staff canteen only two!

Also I'd like to ask Harringay Community members to post comments about how easily (or not) they are able to locate these ratings either through the Council's website or the Food Standard Agency's site? I found myself in a couple of "loops".

Several years ago I suggested Haringey Council should copy Bill Gates, and do "usability testing" for on-line information. The Communication Team have been doing this since 2006 with groups such as young people, adults with learning difficulties and older people. But unfortunately, not every part of the "reshaped" Council is up to speed.

Of course, in this case, it may just be me clicking the wrong buttons!
