Red Specialized Bike - has yours been stolen?

I was walking along the passage around 2pm today (Tues 26 April) and saw the Police inspecting a red Specialized bike.

I overheard them say there were no distinctive marks or registration numbers on it, so I thought I'd post here on the off-chance that the owner can contact the police and be re-united with their bike.

Hi, I challenged and then chased the guy who had stolen this bike. I have to say the police had little or no interest in catching him despite my efforts.

If we could at least reunite it with the owner I would feel a little better.

No I saw him walking along the passage with it and then throwing the broken lock over a fence.
