We have a Plan toys wooden dolls house which was very little played with and then dismantled about 7 years ago. We think it's the Victorian house on this page for £229. If not, it's very similar.

You will have to put it together without instructions but they are probably available on line. I don't remember it being tricky though. There's also some very unplayed with furniture. This would make a lovely birthday present (if you can put it together!)

We also have a wooden medieval castle which was heavily played with but remarkably intact. Again you will have to put it together.
