Neil Protheroe/pH plumbing - positive review

I'm not big on reviews but as I found Neil on HoL, I wanted to add mine into the mix. In short, Neil turned up when he said he would (even on his day off), did a really good job and came back to finish the job, again when he said he would. I am able to work from home, so maybe don't have the same time pressures as others as timing has come up in other reviews. Neil appears to get great satisfaction from helping people out in an emergency situation.
