Marcel Peen is the best physio / sports injuries therapist I've ever come across. He gives you exercises as well as manipulation, so you can try them if it happens again.

And I personally never use osteopaths because their training is not always medically sound. (I have a back condition and can't risk it).

There are sports massage therapists and all the osteos are brilliant. For SMT it's £35.00 for 30 mins and £60.00 for an hour but if your back's gone maybe you heed to see an osteo? They're £55.00 for 30 mins.
