another Marek fan....

My usual computer chap was away when I had a laptop crash last week.   Marek arrived within hours, saved several days' work (which I stupidly hadn't backed up properly), and returned my laptop within 24 hours with a new hard drive.  He spent at least an hour helping me to restore all my settings and was very patient and clear.
