great personal trainer recommendation
Hi - If anyone is looking for a personal trainer I'd like to recommend Sophie from http://www.thefitologyway.com/ - her number is 07709471892. I've been desperate to get fit and just really needed some motivation. She will come to your house at the crack of dawn and she's also done sessions for both me and a friend. We've been training over in Finsbury Park and no session is ever the same which stops me from getting bored. Plus she really pushes me but not so i hate it! I know its hard to find good people so wanted to share her details.

Awesome, for those that don't want to train in their house or what to train in the great British outdoors MoreFit in Finsbury Park do £5 high intensity classes and £15 small group Personal training sessions. They run them every day, private studio, experienced trainers, showers and AC studio. No memberships. Why train outside, for 9 months of the year it's a bog in the park.
