Letting my home for Holiday
Anyone got any experience of letting their home for a holiday period? We are away for 6 weeks early in 2016 and hope to let our home. The short term lettings agencies seem largely to rely on software to do the job, but we would like to have someone who can oversee it as it's likely to involve more than one letting. Glad to hear of any thoughts/advice. We already do holiday exchanges but this is more complicated....

Hi I let my flat out whilst I'm away on holiday. I went away for 3 weeks last year and has multiple people staying. I had a very good cleaner who over saw the whole process....cleaned changed and washed bedding etc etc
Worked out fine as they also were "on call" if anything arose....

I am not sure if this would be something you are unterested in, but me and my family (partner & 1 year old son) are looking for somewhere to temporarily move to around that time in this area, whilst we have renovations done on our flat. If so, do you want to PM me? Thank you very much.
