Why didn't you call the Police? If people don't complain, they'll carry on doing it. I have myself moved on groups of youngsters smoking weed in Harringay Passage but then I'm bolder than most.

With all the new houses/flats full of yuppies due to be built in St Ann's they will open up the gardens for access to Sainsbury's so this problem will solve itself as people only do this kind of thing in nice secluded spots.

Call 101 the police non-urgent line, if they are intimidating you. I don't give a stuff about kids smoking weed but this often seems to lead to breakdown in acceptable manners.  (Call from another area.)
