Likelihood of REAR DORMER extension on the Ladder?

Does anyone know what is likelihood of success in getting permission for a rear facing dormer extension on Harringay Ladder? (Seymour Rd). Already has a loft extension, but would like to open up slightly with a dormer.

Would be great to know if anyone has applied/ been granted/ refused etc something like this.

I think they're pretty much standard now. I can see a dormer extension on Seymour as I write and bang opposite me a house on Hewitt is in the middle of a dormer conversion.
