Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

For the second time in six weeks, our phone is not working!  I took the precaution of trying a different handset (one that worked when the line was first installed in March 2015) but, alas, no dial tone.  When I ring our number from a mobile, the mobile gives the impression that it has a connection but no ringing in the house :(   Is anyone else having trouble?

Yes, I am. Not got round to get it fixed yet. For a couple of weeks beforehand there was a lot of crackle on the line.

Very nice engineer was on my doorstep 2 minutes before the allotted slot.  He said he'd fixed the problem (which indeed he had).  No need to come into our property as the wires get knocked in the street cabinets - seems this may become a regular occurrence...

I am also having problems. Lots of interference on the line. Looks like I will have to complain yet again --sigh
