Recommendations for someone to repair damaged timbers following a leak

Last night I discovered a small leak in the water pipe running between my kitchen and bathroom. The piece of pipe has now been replaced, but the floor and joists near the pipe are soaked. Some of the joists are rotting. Some of the pipes don't look too great either. My insurance company wants two estimates before they will send someone out to assess the damage.

So, can any recommend a plumber/carpenter who can repair the damage?
