I'm 99% sure it's a bichon frise, found in Finsbury Park yesterday friday, it is not chipped and has not been given to the rspca, my number is 07988250679, for more info.

That's great news!

Please advise owner to get their dog microchipped. It will also be a legal requirement from April 2016.
