The Annual North London YMCA fun runs is a charity event to raise funds for vulnerable young homeless people in the YMCA hostel.
There is an Adult 10k event followed by 9 children’s 1 mile fun runs, with over 2,500 adults and children competing in the 10 runs. There are thousands of people in the park, cheering the runners along, and throughout the day enjoying the Festival of music and entertainment that runs alongside – a really fun day for families and communities to get together to help raise funds for vulnerable homeless young people to enable them to build a better future.
The event takes places on the 3rd Sunday in May each year, and so the date for the next Fun Run and Festival is 17th May 2015

Entries are now open for the fun runs!The nine 1 mile children’s fun runs that are completely contained within Priory Park, take place between 12- 3pm. They are split into age groups, and are open to children aged 4 and over on 17th May.
The Adult 10km event, in and around the lower levels of Alexandra Palace Park and Priory Park starts at 9.30am is open to anyone who is over 16 on 17th May.
The festival continues throughout the day.
