perhaps you saw my plea for the best of all honeys-chestnut? no.1 comes from Southern Turkey, near Lake Koycegiz and no.2 from Southern Italy no luck in Haringey even though a friend checked places suggested by haronliners so I went back to Borough Market yesterday where I bought the Italian version but I'm still looking for my Turkish choice - so smooth, so strongly sweet but not sickly all my life, I've earned my living with words but there are none to describe the bliss of a mouthful of Koycegiz honey!! I wish all the pleasure of trying it

sorry, the second point I wanted to make was about local cheese when I was in Borough Market, there was a stall advertising 'cheese from North London' and I found it was from Tottenham the one I bought was excellent and I'm told it can be found at AllyPally Market and Haringey Local Store happy eating!
