IS IT merely coincidence that unrelated global indices for press freedom and lack of corruption, appear to tally at the top?
Typically, its the Scandinavian contingent followed by New Zealand:

Oh he's just lining himself up for Alan Rusbridger's job at the Guardian. Nothing to see here. HSBC just can't be involved in wide scale tax evasion on behalf of their customers, they're the third biggest bank in the world! It's totally, inconceivable!
