The Atheist Bus Campaign launched yesterday, Tuesday October 21 2008. The aim is to raise £5,500 to run 30 buses across London for four weeks with the slogan: "There's probably no God. Now stop worrying and enjoy your life."
As of 0800 on Wednesday they have so far raised over £50,000 (in less thgan 24 hours!) on justgiving.com.
So waddabart that then.

I think it's very healthy, we see countless religious posters and advertising dooming us all to damnation here in London and I see no difference, just an opinion, and a happy one at that.
Sure, and if it helps shift a few more million of Dawkins' Dog Delusions, fair enough. I'm all for a bit of healthy competition - religions' cosy cartels have had it so easy that they've lost their missionary zeal. But if it's on the buses, why not in Finsbury ark and in the HOLads section?
