In need of nanny or childminder on an "as and when needed" basis

Hi, I am self-employed with very unpredictable hours. My partner has been at home with our 18 month old since I went back to work a year ago. He is a stonemason/landscaper and would like to get back into work on a part-time or sporadic basis.

We really need some flexible childcare options as we can't commit to the same days every week.

Does anyone have a nanny that is underused? Is there anyone out there who would like to do some childcare but can be flexible as to when?
