I used Cavendish Legal Group (http://www.clglaw.co.uk/) based in Crouch End due to the mortgage company having specific lawyer qualification requirements.

Daisy Rice was amazingly good, and understanding as I can quite demanding at times !

Would highly recommend her.

I used Adrian Boulter of Boulter & Co in Crouch End.  He was really professional, always responded to queries immediately and is a really nice guy.  He managed to turn our sale round in 6 weeks - from offer to completion! Will be using him again. www.boulterandco.com

Rita Greaney of T R Taner is highly recommended - she helped us with selling two flats and buying a house recently - she is through and calm - been working in the area for at least 15 years so knows all the agents etc.

and whatever you do, DO NOT use S Ali & CO at Turnpike lane they are a NIGHTMARE and nearly caused a whole chain of transactions to fall through
